Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult who were older than 18 years of age 2. Patients with CKD at any stage (stage 1 - 5) 3. High risks to CKD (diabetes, hypertension, systemic Lupus erythematosus, systemic infectious diseases, cardiovascular diseases, repeated upper urinary tract infections, gout or high uric acid in blood, NSAID user, renal mass reduction, CKD history in family)
