Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. age above 18 years 2. have a smartphone with internet access. 3. be able to follow study instructions 4. have indication(s) for colonoscopy such as colorectal cancer screening, anemia, constipation, diarrhea, gastrointestinal hemorrhage < 100 ml/day, bowel habit change
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of colorectal cancer 2. History of bowel surgery 3. Known case or suspected bowel obstruction or perforation 4. Chronic kidney disease stage 4-5 5. Advanced heart failure (New York Heart Association class III or IV) 6. Neurological or psychological disorder(s) which affect communication 7. Pregnancy or breastfeeding woman 8. Toxic colitis or megacolon 9. Gastrointestinal hemorrhage > 100 ml/day 10. Planned endoscopic therapy 11. History of recent colonoscopy < 1 year 12. Blood pressure >180/120 mmHg 13. History of polyethylene glycol allergy 14. Did not sign the informed consent
