Conditions

Chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD) patients with moderate to severe following GOLD guideline COPD

Interventions

The tDCS device will use to deliver anodal-tDCS to the scalp. The electrode consists of 2 electrodes which scale 3.5x6.5 centimeters. Anodal-tDCS electrode will be placed on M1 region on scalp followi

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
Exercise capacity at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Six-minutes walk test

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
Respiratory muscle strength at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Maximum inspiratory pressure,Respiratory muscle strength at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Maximum exspiratory pressure,Lung function at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Spirometry test,Physical performance at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Time up and Go test,Physical performance at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) One leg stance test,Physical performance at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Five time sit-to-stand test,Physical performance at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) 4-meters gait speed test,Physical performance at 1st days after stimulatin 1 days (Immediately test) at Day 6th (Post-test after stimulation for 5 days), and 7th day after the last stimulation(Follow-up test) Hand grip strength
