Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy pre-adolescent children, 2.BMI-for-age Z score (BAZ) between -2 and 2 standard deviations based on World Health Organization reference criteria.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of chronic illnesses that affect metabolism, such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cancer, or recent recovery from surgery, and the use of medications or supplements impacting metabolism, 2) Presence of a pacemaker or nerve stimulator, particularly for individuals with muscle weakness,3) Entering the adolescent stage
