Thai pre-adolescent children aged 9 to 12 years who are in good health, free from serious or chronic diseases, able to perform daily activities normally, and with body weight ranging from normal to overweight based on BMI-for-age Z score (BAZ) criteria. Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy pre-adolescent children, 2.BMI-for-age Z score (BAZ) between -2 and 2 standard deviations based on World Health Organization reference criteria.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) A history of chronic illnesses that affect metabolism, such as diabetes mellitus, thyroid disease, cancer, or recent recovery from surgery, and the use of medications or supplements impacting metabolism, 2) Presence of a pacemaker or nerve stimulator, particularly for individuals with muscle weakness,3) Entering the adolescent stage
