Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: patient underwent primary TKA
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. bleeding diathesis or coagulopathy 2. prior knee infection, 3. previous surgery of the knee 4. been diagnosed with secondary OA such as rheumatoid arthritis or posttraumatic OA
