Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Elderly entering the age of 60 and over; Without drug consumption for insomnia; Agree to be respondent; able to communicate effectively

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deaf and Blind elderly; Elderly with immobility or with OSA diseases
