Ketamine 0.5 mg/kg IV infusion during night time (9 p.m. to 6.00 a.m.) for 3 days,Ketamine 1 mg/kg/day IV infusion for 3 days,NSS 100 ml IV infusion for 3 days

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Have cancer pain from bone metastasis - Hospitalization expected more than 3 days - Pain from verbal numerical rating scale equal or more than 4/10 - Conscious and good cognitive function - Life expectancy more than 1 month

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Patient denial - Unable to communicate in Thai or English - Can't evaluate outcome of the study - Allergy and contraindication of medication included in this study
