Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The older adults 2. The older adults have MCI as screened using the MoCA test and have scores between 19 and 24. This range indicates the best cutoff scores of the MoCA for dementia and MCI among elderly is less than 19 and more than 24 3. Be able to live independently in community as indicated by using the Barthel Activities of Daily Living Thai version of the department of medical services, Ministry of Public Health, those with score more than 12 are considered as being independent. 4. The older adults who have Body Mass Index (BMI) score range from 18.50 to 29.90 kg/m2; this value indicates normal to overweight for Adults (WHO, 2004). 5. Be able to read and write the Thai language.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Having psychiatric disorder or neurological condition (e.g., depression, epilepsy, stroke, head injury) 2. Having hearing or visual impairment as diagnosed by a physicians 3. Having severe health conditions that affect their capacities to participate in this study programs.
