Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Individuals of either gender aged 20 to 60 years 2. Patients exhibiting an insomnia severity score between 18 and 21 (denoting Mild or Moderate insomnia) who present one or more of the following insomnia-related symptoms: difficulty initiating sleep (taking more than 30 minutes to fall asleep), difficulty maintaining sleep, inability to resume sleep after awakening, waking earlier than desired without the capacity to return to sleep, unrefreshing sleep, and daytime dysfunction occurring at least three times weekly for a duration of less than six months
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant females in the lactation period 2. Individuals with a history of allergies to herbal tea, food, or medications 3. Individuals with diabetes, coronary vascular disease, renal, hepatic, hematological, or pulmonary disorders 4. Individuals using sleep medications, psychiatric medications, antidepressants, anti-anxiety medications, as well as tobacco, alcohol, coffee, and tea
