Interventions

10% Lidocaine spray will apply on cervix for 4 puffs before performing cold coagulation ,Normal saline will apply on cervix before performing cold coagulation

Age

20 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 20-65 yeas with persistent HPV infection of CIN1 2. Transformation zone type 1 or 2 3. Colposcopic finding does not suspect invasive cervical cancer

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Previous treatment of CIN lesion with cervical ablation or cervical excision 2. Pregnant women 3. Allergy to xylocaine 4. Previous hysterectomy 5. Vision problems that can not evaluted pain score as VAS 6. Received pain killers before procedure
