Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age 18-65 years 2. ASA physical status I-III 3. Undergoing elective surgery requiring one-lung ventilation 4. Able and willing to provide informed consent 5. Patients appreciate to participate in this study with sign 6. If unable to provide consent, direct relatives can be the consenter.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Airway tumors or severe pulmonary disease 2. History of difficult intubation or known anatomical airway abnormalities 3. Risk of aspiration or requiring rapid sequence induction 4. Requiring oxygen support in the preoperative period 5. Emergency surgery 6. Pregnancy
