Interventions

The healing abutment is made from titanium (grade 4 titanium, Straumann, Switzerland). This titanium healing abutment is a stock abutment from the Straumann brand. This study will use one piece of the
B, Centurionbaan, Netherlands). This study will use one piece of the healing abutment per implant.

20 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The posterior edentulous areas in patients who needed single tooth implant placement. 2. The implant site has adequate bone quality and quantity and more than a 6-mm band of keratinized mucosa. 3. All patients are healthy status.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Diagnosed with periodontal disease, smokers, or pregnancy. 2. Have general contraindications for the surgical process. 3. Have systemic disease related to impaired wound healing such as uncontrolled diabetes.
