Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients (18 years to 55 years) satisfying clinical examination and ACR-EULAR criteria of rheumatoid arthritis with pulmonary symptoms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with any history of Pulmonary TB, chest radiation, injury. 2. Patient diagnosed as juvenile RA. 3. Patients with a history of occupational lung disease and other connective tissue diseases were excluded from the study. 4. Pregnant patient 5. Lung transplant patient
