Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Sepsis patients: 1. consciousness 2. age 15 -90 years 3. receives diagnosis of sepsis Nurse supervisors: 1. Registered nurse 2. having experience over 10 years 3. work at ER, ICU medicine and medical ward. Nurse received supervision: 1. registered nurses 2. having experience one year and over 3. work at ER, ICU medicine and medical ward.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. unconciousness or conscious change 2. palliative care patients 3. uninterested to participate in research
