Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age more than 18 years old 2. Diagnosed with atypical parkinsonian syndrome by a neurologist, including MSA, PSP, CBD, or DLB 3. Scored at least 2 points on item 3 of the Freezing of Gait Questionnaire Thai version (FOGQ Thai) 4. Exhibited freezing of gait, as evaluated by the 360 degree turn test 5. Able to walk for at least 30 meters independently or under supervision with or without gait aid 6. No adjustment of Parkinson disease medications in the past 3 months 7. Thai Mental State Examination (TMSE) score more than 23 8. Provided inform consent to participate in the study
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Diagnosed with parkinson disease or other secondary parkinsonism, such as drug-induced parkinsonism, vascular parkinsonism or normal pressure hydrocephalus 2. Diagnosed with other severe neurological, musculoskeletal conditions that impact waking, such as stroke, spinal cord injury, severe polyneuropathy, lower limb fractures, acute injury of lower extremities, severe lower limb pain 3. Unstable severe cardiovascular conditions with medical unstable 4. Inability to see objects at 2 meters distances or inability to see markers on floor 5. Severe auditory impairments with inability to hear the metronome sound 6. On Cardiac Pacemaker, implanted cardioverter-defibrillator (ICD), metal implants at the electrode placement sites 7. Open wound or active malignancy or active infection at electrode placement sites 8. Participants who has been regularly using cueing modalities in daily life
