Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Diabetes older adults with blood sugar levels (DTX) between 80-200 mg%, who may have co-morbidities such as high blood pressure, heart disease, kidney disease or no other chronic diseases, aged 60-75 years, both male and female, living in communities in Bangkok. 2 Diabetes older adults who are treated by taking medication or injections and receive regular treatment. 3) Have a score of 12 or more points on the ability to perform daily activities (ADL). 4) Have a score of 3 or more points on the brain performance assessment (Mini Cog). 5) Have a smartphone, notebook or computer with an internet signal and can use the LINE application. 6) Can read, write, listen and speak Thai. 7) Have 1 family member who is in the same family as the elderly, aged 20-65 years, who takes care of the elderly while exercising at home.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Have mobility disabilities, cannot move arms or legs. 2) Have contraindications to exercise, such as Parkinson's disease (tremors), heart disease with chest pain. 3) Have mental illness, schizophrenia or neurological disease. 4) Elderly people have severe complications from diabetes, such as eye complications (Diabetic Retinopathy) and complications in the nerves (Diabetic Neuropathy).
