Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Must be a nursing student currently enrolled in the third year of study. 2. Must maintain an average academic performance (GPAX) of 2.00 or higher. 3. Must have earned a grade of C or above in the course on Maternal and Infant Nursing and Holistic Midwifery 4. Must possess the ability to communicate effectively in Thai. 5. Must be available to participate in the research project for the specified duration.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Has a health condition that prevents participation in the research, such as migraine headaches.
