Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Representative of the target population from Kedah state who visited the Pusat Aktiviti Wargae Emas (Centre for Senior CItizen). 2. Able to understand and communicate Bahasa Melayu and/ or English. 3. Older persons with the age range between 60-75 years old. 4. Individuals who is able to make decision on their own. 5. Individual who is willing to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Limited Availability or commitment 2. Exclude individuals who hold biased or prejudiced views toward older adults or aging-related issues. 3. Communication and language issues. 4. Blind and deaf older person.
