Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: - Healthy children with overweight and obesity, who have body mass index from 85th percentile, age between 8 and 13.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: cardiac or pulmonary issues, neurological disorders, visual or auditory impairments, recent lower extremity fractures, fever exceeding 37.5 degrees Celsius, unstable blood pressure, skin or joint inflammation, and deformities

Postural Sway at 6 weeks after end of the intervention Postural balance was evaluated in both double legs and one leg stance conditions with eyes closed on a force platform. Sway path length and sway velocity were the subjects of the collected data.
