Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A patient with morbid obesity, BMI equal to or greater than 35 kg/m2 2. Patients aged between 20 and 65 years 3. American Society of Anesthesia (ASA) physical status ll to lll 4. Scheduled for elective laparoscopic gastrectomy surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patient reject to participated 2. Patients with known allergies to any of the study drugs (local anesthetics, opioids, NSAIDs) 2. Recent use of opioid drugs 3. Underlying chronic kidney disease, liver cirrhosis, major cardiac disease, or pre-existing neurological deficits
