Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients diagnosed with locally advanced stage gynecologic cancer such as: Advanced ovarian cancer stage II or higher (FIGO staging 2014) Locally advanced endometrial cancer stage III or higher (FIGO staging 2023) Locally advanced cervical cancer stage IB3 or higher (FIGO staging 2021), etc. 2. Patients diagnosed with any stage gynecologic cancer with indications for palliative care (based on NCCN Palliative Guidelines), including uncontrol symptoms with primary treatment, serious comorbid physical and/or psychiatric conditions, patient/family/caregiver requests for palliative care, evidence of worsening prognosis (poor performance status ECOG is greater than or equal to 3 or KPS is less than or equal to 50, cachexia, malignant bowel obstruction requiring venting gastrostomy) 3. Age greater than 18 years 4. Able to read and write Thai

Exclusion criteria: Patients diagnosed with psychiatric conditions by a psychiatrist.
