Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) according to the Tel-Hashomer criteria and experiencing active disease at the time of enrollment, 2. Age above 18 years, 3. Willingness to provide detailed dietary information.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of comorbidities that could affect dietary habits, such as gastrointestinal disorders or food allergies, 2. Pregnancy or lactation, 3. History of smoking, alcoholism, or chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease), 4. Current participation in other clinical trials.

Symptom severity of Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) At 6 months after the start of the intervention FMF Symptom Severity Score using a validated questionnaire (e.g., FMF Symptom Severity Questionnaire)

Quality of life of patients with Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) At 12 months after the start of the intervention Quality of Life Questionnaire (e.g., SF-36) and Patient-Reported Outcomes Measurement Information System (PROMIS),Inflammatory biomarkers in FMF patients The secondary outcome will be measured at baseline, 3 months, 6 months, and 12 months after the intervention. Level of C-Reactive Protein, Erythrocyte Sedimentation Rate (ESR), and Interleukin-1 beta in blood samples.
