Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. A diagnosis of Familial Mediterranean Fever (FMF) according to the Tel-Hashomer criteria and experiencing active disease at the time of enrollment, 2. Age above 18 years, 3. Willingness to provide detailed dietary information.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Presence of comorbidities that could affect dietary habits, such as gastrointestinal disorders or food allergies, 2. Pregnancy or lactation, 3. History of smoking, alcoholism, or chronic diseases (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, or cardiovascular disease), 4. Current participation in other clinical trials.
