Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient who diagnosed Acute limb ischemia and perform surgical revascularization in Maharaj-nakorn-chiangmai

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.acute limb ischemia Rutherford class 3 2.glomerular filtration rate <30 mL/min/ 1.73 square meter 3.Previous upper extremities surgery 4.Upper extremities peripheral artery disease
