Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Patients with glaucoma who have nuclear cataracts classified as N3, C3 or higher according to the Lens Opacities Classification System III (LOCS III) 2.No zonule dialysis was found.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Intraocular pressure before surgery is higher than 25 mmHg (after treatment with pressure-lowering eye drops). 2.The patient is in a state of acute angle closure glaucoma. 3.The patient has glaucoma due to other causes, such as post-operative complications, congenital factors, etc. 4. The patient has glaucoma in conjunction with other diseases, such as corneal degeneration, retinal detachment, diabetic retinopathy, etc.
