Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Age >18 years 2.Elective colonoscopy
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Suspected bowel obstruction 2.Suspected or known case of inflammatory bowel disease 3.History of gastrointestinal surgery apart from appendectomy or cholecystectomy 4.History of pelvic surgery 5.Severe cardiac or pulmonary disease (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status class 3 or 4), severe renal failure (creatinine clearance < 15 ml/min), decompensated liver cirrhosis (Child pugh score > 9), Advanced stage of malignancy 6.Compromised swallowing reflex or impaired mental status 7.Pregnancy or lactating 8.Hypersensitivity to PEG or Elobixibat
