Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patient aged 18-65 years old ASA II-III BMI >= 35 Scheduled undergoing elective surgery under general anesthesia

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Deny to participate the study Evidence of lung disease airway disease and heart disease Pregnancy Large abdominal mass Ascites Heavy smoking and current smoker more than 20 pack year and within 6 week Facial anomaly predicted difficult inadequate fit mask preoxygenation Uncooperation Thyperthyroidism Severe metabolic acidosis Severe anemia methemoglobinemia carbon monoxide cyanide poisoning Intravenous pigmented dyes nail painting
