Within the framework of the housewife role, society often expects housewives to exhibit passive, emotional, obedient, and self-sacrificing behaviors. These expectations become internalized over time and adversely impact the social health, communication skills, and self-esteem of housewives in social relationships emotional safety training enriched with self-compassion, self-esteem, attachment, meta-emotional skills, socio-emotional competence

21 Years to 40 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: willingness to voluntarily participate in the training sessions being over 20 years old having at least two years of marital life no intention of divorce absence of psychiatric medication use not concurrently engaging in other educational methods

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: unwillingness to continue the sessions, missing more than two sessions, having insurance, and having any form of income
