Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria for the study included adult women aged 18 and above with early-stage ovarian or uterine abdominal masses elevated tumor markers such as beta-HCG alpha-FP and CA 125 and those who could understand and sign informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria included patients with early-stage metastasis, prior chemotherapy or radiotherapy, pregnancy, or severe uncontrolled medical conditions.
