Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 years of age or older 2. patients undergoing hallux valgus surgery
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of opioid usage within 2 weeks 2. Prior hallux valgus surgery 3. History of hypersensitivity to local anesthetic agents 4. Contraindicated for NSAIDs use including medical history of chronic kidney disease over 3rd stage 5. Medical history of Diabetes mellitus with peripheral neuropathy 6. Contraindicated for spinal anesthesia 7. BMI over 40 kg/m2
