The acupuncture group received routine care along with twice-daily acupuncture at the SP6 point for four weeks.,The reflexology group had daily 10-minute sessions for four weeks using sweet almond oil

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. participants are required to give their consent 2. be aged between 18 and 60 3. have a diagnosis of Acute lymphoblastic leukemia 4. have no prior foot injuries or surgeries 5. be undergoing the same chemotherapy regimen without any radiotherapy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. refusal to continue participation 2. missing more than one training session 3. not completing questionnaires 4. the death of the patient 5. being transferred to a different healthcare institution.
