Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Children aged 2-6 years with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) who have been diagnosed by a developmental-behavioral pediatrician using DSM-5 criteria, 2. Have insomnia, as assessed by the Japanese Sleep Questionnaire for Preschoolers (JSQ-P) Thai version, specifically the subscale for insomnia/circadian rhythm disorder, with a score of 12 or higher 3. Have the ability to attend two follow-up visits at the outpatient clinic during the 2-month study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The caregiver or participant declines to participate in the study, 2. The participant has previously received music therapy before joining the study, 3. The participant has a hearing impairment, 4. The participant has plans to undergo major surgery during the study, 5. The caregiver and participant are assessed as not meeting the criteria according to the Sweet Dream Lullaby Music Therapy Intake Form by the music therapist, based on the Music Therapy Clinical Self-Assessment Guide.
