18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Women diagnosed with HIV, confirmed through Victory Plus NGO record. 2. Age over 18 years. 3. Can use a computer or mobile device 4. Clinically stable on antiretroviral treatment, as determined by their healthcare provider.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Current participation in any form of yoga therapy. 2. Physical handicaps or severe disabilities that might limit participation in yoga sessions. 3. Acute heart disease 4. Undergone recent surgery or currently suffering from acute respiratory infections. 5. History of psychiatric illness or other serious health concerns that require continuous medical attention.
