Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Winter sport athletes; 2. Good physical activity status; 3. Signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Participated in or currently involved in other clinical trials within the last three months (since first use of the study product); 2. About to undergo or currently receiving medication treatment and using dietary supplements (including phytochemicals); 3. Individuals with organic lesions or chronic diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, or blood system; 4. Seeking any other interventions for exercise fatigue recovery before the study is completed, such as acupuncture, massage, warm baths, sauna, electrical stimulation, etc.; 5. Unable to perform physical function tests or answer questionnaire questions accurately; 6. Unable to follow trial procedures.
