Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Age over 18 years 2. Receiving treatment at the Pulmonary Clinic, Ramathibodi Hospital 3. Patients who consent to participate in the research project after receiving a detailed explanation of the project and voluntarily signing the informed consent forms

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with significant cardiovascular disease within the past month, such as recent acute myocardial infarction or unstable angina pectoris, serious cardiac arrhythmia, or severe hypertension that cannot be controlled with medication (systolic BP > 180 or diastolic BP > 100). 2. Patients with advanced arthritis that severely restricts their ability to exercise. 3. Patients with severe pulmonary hypertension. 4. Patients with neuromuscular disorders that prevent them from exercising. 5. Patients who choose to withdraw from the research.
