Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. First-time mothers who had vaginal births 2. Babies weighing at least 2,500 grams 3. No tongue-tie in the baby 4. No post-delivery complications 5. Mothers with normal nipple size (at least 0.5 cm) 6. Mothers proficient in reading Thai
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Babies with serious health conditions requiring additional care, such as respiratory distress syndrome, hypothermia, or jaundice requiring phototherapy. 2. Mothers with postpartum complications.
