Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. The participants diagnosed with tenosynovitis by physicians at Kong Ra Hospital, Kong Ra District, Phatthalung Province, 2. The participants aged between 25 to 60 years old from both genders, 3. Wrist pain persists for at least 1 month without accompanying numbness or weakness, 4. Range of motion limitations include thumb flexion less than 7 degree, thumb extension less than 60 degree, thumb abduction less than 5 degree, thumb adduction greater than 0 degree, wrist radial deviation less than 20 degree, and wrist ulnar deviation less than 30 degree, measured using a goniometer, 5. Finkelstein' s test yields positive results, 6. Willing to participate in the research project
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. The female participants were pregnant, 2. The participants who take pain medications during the course of the research, 3. The participants who are lost to follow up or become unavailable during the course of the research
