Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients suffering from stroke. 2. Patients who are conscious, alert and able to understand the English language. 3. Age 20 to 65 who can read and perform exercises independently. 4. Patients suffering with mild moderate hemiplegic (Forrester et al., 2016)
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Concurrent physical therapy 2. Non stroke mobility disability condition (Forrester et al., 2016) 3. Patients with other neurological disorder such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, Parkinson's disease, or traumatic brain injury, should be excluded to maintain homogeneity within the stroke patient population. 4. Fracture 5. Language difficulty (Cho et al., 2015) 6. Patients with specific comorbidities unrelated to stroke, such as severe cardiovascular diseases, uncontrolled diabetes, or advanced renal dysfunction, may be excluded to minimize confounding factors
