Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Healthy adults aged 18 to 70 years who have no cardiovascular disease, no cerebrovascular disease, no neurological deficit, no respiratory disease, no rheumatic disease, no cancer, no history of uncontrolled diabetes mellitus, no history of uncontrolled hypertension. 2. Individuals who previously had serum creatinine measured within the last one year in adult that younger than 50 years, and six months in adult that older than 50 years.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. History of underlying diseases including kidney diseases, cardiovascular diseases, cerebrovascular disease, neurological disease, rheumatic disease, neurological deficit, cancer, uncontrolled hypertension, and uncontrolled diabetes mellitus. 3. GFR < 90 mL/min/1.73 m2 calculating by using the most recent serum creatinine level (within the last one year in adult that younger than 50 years, and six months in adult that older than 50 years). 3. Presence of abnormal findings in the previous grey scale ultrasonography such as a large renal cyst that limits renal cortex assessment, hydronephrosis, renal calculi, renal mass, renal parenchymatous change, renal atrophy, thin renal cortical thickness, perinephric collections, ascites are detected during the examination. The participant is excluded from the analysis.
