Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 20-35 years with a body mass index of 18.5-25.0 kg/square meter 2. required a single-leg stance test score with eyes closed of equal or less than 13.1 seconds for females and equal or less than 10.2 seconds for males on at least one leg

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. prior walking meditation for a month 2. neurological or musculoskeletal disorders affecting balance, visual, auditory, and vestibular deficits 3. regular smoking
