Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. volunteers age 30-60 years old, 2. having good health diagnosed by medical doctor

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. having systemic diseases e.g. DM, hypertension, 2. having immune deficiency, 3. taking antibiotics within 12 weeks, 4. regular taking fermented foods
