Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients schedule for elective open gynecologic surgery 2. Received spinal anesthesia with 0.5% hyperbaric bupivacaine and morphine 0.2 mg 3. ASA PS I- II
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Allergy/Have side effects after received dimenhydrinate, allergy to benzyl alcohol, allergy to propylene glycol 2.Using drug in barbiturate group 3.Have history of receiving ototoxic drugs eg. aminoglycoside, cisplatin, loop diuretics, salicylates, vancomycin 4.Have cardiovascular underlying condition eg. dysarrhythmia 5.Contraindicated/refuse to spinal anesthesia 6.Anesthetic level (sensory block) after spinal block below T6 7.Patient refusal
