Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with lung disease undergoing lung surgery at the Central Chest Institute of Thailand, 2. Able to communicate and follow commands.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Unstable angina and myocardial infarction during the previous month, 2. Resting heart rate more than 120 beats/minutes, 3. Systolic blood pressure more than 180 mmHg, or/and a diastolic blood pressure more than 100 mm Hg, 4. RPE more than 15 (scale 6-20), 5. Oxygen saturation less than 90% (room air), 6. Musculoskeletal and neurological problem affecting to walk test, 7. Perception, communication, and mental disorder affecting to follow commands and walk tests.
