Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Preterm infant born less than 29 weeks or less than 1000 grams

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe congenital anomalies, such as trisomy 13, 18, 21, or life-threatening conditions. 2. Severe congenital respiratory abnormalities affecting lung function, such as congenital diaphragmatic hernia or congenital pulmonary airway malformations (CPAM). 3.Critical congenital heart defects, except, atrial septal defect, and simple ventricular septal defect.
