Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1.Patient with head and neck radiation therapy who have completed radiotherapy more than 1 month and less than 3 months 2.Age greater than or equal to 18 years old 3.Complete dental treatment 4.Have at least 5 teeth
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1.Incapable of accessing dental treatment due to limited mouth opening 2.Allergic to silver or colophony agents 3.Presence of oral mucositis at randomization day 4.Received head and neck radiation more than 1 course 5.Regular use Fluoride mouth rinse or Fluoride tray
