Patients with hepatocellular carcinoma were diagnosed according to EASL guidelines.

18 Years to 85 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: HCC patients more than 18-85 years
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients who declined to participate in the research study. 2. Patients who did not cooperate with the assessment. 3. Patients with grade 3 or 4 hepatic encephalopathy, acute-on-chronic liver failure (ACLF). 4. Patients with heart disease with ongoing chest pain, stroke with residual limb weakness, end-stage kidney disease, tuberculosis, muscle disease, or psychiatric disorders. 5. Pregnant or breastfeeding patients. 6. Patients who received medications affecting psychometric performances within 6 weeks before study entry.
