This group includes patients diagnosed with Stage III or Stage IV gastric cancer who are ineligible for surgery or radiation. Chemotherapy is optional for these patients, and various clinical factors,

Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Diagnosed with advanced-stage gastric cancer (Stage III or IV). Treated at Maharat Nakhon Ratchasima Hospital. Ineligible for surgery or radiation. Diagnosed between January 1, 2018, and December 31, 2023.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients with incomplete medical records. Patients lost to follow-up immediately after diagnosis.
