Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Post AKI stage 2-3 patients 2. Age more than 18 years old 3. Require Telemedicine application
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. End stage renal disease (eGFR < 15 mL/min/1.73m2) 2. Dialysis dependent after AKI episode 3. Baseline SCr < 0.5 mg/dL 4. Dementia or cognitive function impairment or fraily status or life expantecy < 3 months.
