Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Women who absence of menstrual for greater or equal 12 months 2.Women who have been diagnosed with constipation according to the Rome IV criteria. 3.Informed consent 4.Good communicate with Thai language

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Individuals who have diseases or conditions that can cause constipation include: 1.1. Irritable bowel syndrome 1.2. Gastrointestinal cancer 1.3. Having thyroid disease and currently undergoing treatment 1.4. Post-radiation stricture of the intestines 2. Individuals who consume calcium supplements exceeding 1,500 milligrams per day 3. Individuals who have taken antibiotics, probiotics, prebiotics, or laxatives within the 2 weeks prior to participating in the research study
