Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy participants with periorbital static rhytides graded as 1-4 on photonumeric rating scale

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: - Major underlying medical conditions - Pregnancy - Lactation - Active skin disorders or recurrent herpes infection in the experimental region - A history of allergic response to umbilical cord extract or local anesthesia - A history of periorbital rhytides treatment within 6 months.
