Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Non-traumatic cadaver 2) Adult (Age more than 20 years old) 3) Chest diameter not more than 45 cm

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Traumatic cadaver 2) Cadaver with suspected pre-existing organ injury e.g. post CPR cadaver

Design outcomes

Primary

MeasureTime frame
incidence of serious injuries after mechanical chest compressions in cadavers, which included the following: 1. ribcage injuries, 2. flail chest, and 3. heart injuries. 1 day after intervention CT findings and autopsy

Secondary

MeasureTime frame
skeletal fracture, visceral injuries (which involved damage to the lungs, liver, kidneys, and spleen), and soft tissue injuries. 1 day after intervention CT findings and autopsy
